Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Hugo is honest, clear, and straight to the point. He has excellent market knowledge. The house sold immediately. He's a very knowledgeable and friendly real estate agent. Hugo also provided us with valuable insights and advice regarding the purchase of our new home. Both Hugo and the office staff are very accessible. He really goes the extra mile for you. All in all, very satisfied! Highly recommended!

The real estate agent made absolutely no effort to sell the house. He was curt on the phone with me as the buyer, didn't keep promises about homeowners' association documents, only scheduled 15 minutes for the viewing, and during the viewing (by a very young employee) showed no knowledge of the house at all. He even gave a negative impression by highlighting the negative aspects. Just in case you want to check if this is a genuine review, it concerns the viewing of Staringlaan 37 in Apeldoorn on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
