Introductie
Bij Rockthegym tillen we jouw fitnesservaring naar een hoger niveau. Onder begeleiding van onze deskundige trainer, Michael – een +10 jaar ervaren personal trainer, ontdek je nieuwe manieren om je snelheid, kracht en uithoudingsvermogen te verbeteren. Wij dagen je uit om buiten je comfortzone te treden, calorieën te verbranden en spiermassa op te bouwen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd werkt aan je zelfvertrouwen.
Ons intensieve programma van 12 weken omvat een breed scala aan onderwerpen, van motivatie en het herkennen van valkuilen tot voedingsadvies op maat, waarbij we kijken naar jouw persoonlijke behoeften in koolhydraten, eiwitten en vetten. We plannen wekelijks een fysieke afspraak in en beginnen met een meting, die we aan het einde van het traject herhalen om jouw vooruitgang te meten.

After completing my first 12 week programme I can definitely recommend Rockthegym! Goals were discussed beforehand, a custom nutrition plan was then created & explained, followed by the training sessions. Michael tracks all progress for you, adjusts the trainings to you every session and offers lots of knowledge and advice, while also teaching you the proper form. I'd describe Michael as very calm, friendly and easy-going while also being a genuinely knowledgeable, no-nonsense coach based on his own experience, which is exactly what I was after. Thanks, Michael!

I'm incredibly happy that I discovered Rock the Gym and experienced their personal and supportive approach. I've tried several sports and always struggled to maintain them. At Rock the Gym, Michael gave me one-on-one personal training, and he brought out the best in me. He helped me with nutrition, a personalized workout plan, and always offered a listening ear.
