My first experience with this real estate agent, as a buyer, was unfortunately not positive. There was a nice house for sale on Funda. The ad had been placed nine days ago, and the house was still available. So I called to schedule a viewing, but unfortunately, the real estate agent's schedule was already full. The viewings were scheduled for this week, and the deadline for submitting an offer was next Friday. Today is Tuesday. If, as a real estate agent, you can't spare 15 minutes for an additional potential buyer, I already know I wouldn't let this agent sell my own house. After all, you don't know if I might make the highest offer—and in my opinion, that's doing your client (the seller) a disservice. They were friendly on the phone, though, hence the 2 stars.
