I wouldn’t recommend their services at all. Full of promises that are not fulfilled (regarding price, actions they are going to take, etc.). They are not used to work anymore for the fees they charge (the For sale board stayed for 2 months in the front garden without it being updated - even on the notary day, the house was still “te koop”). Untrustworthy, even though we asked by several means to be mindful of lights on and doors/windows open after their house showings, they consistently kept some light on or something open). Don’t bother with them, not worth the price and you’ll be treated arrogantly and with contempt. I would have even given zero stars.

A very pleasant and professional real estate agency! The sales process was very well-managed by the agent and the office staff. They were very accessible, responded quickly by email or phone.
