What a truly awful company! Our boiler has always been serviced by them, even though it was serviced by previous residents. But we had cold water, so I called them because it had always been serviced there. They simply said, "We won't be coming," "We're there for the previous residents, but not for you," and "We're not signing new contracts." It's fine if you don't take on new clients. But be polite.

Used to be a great company, but now they're too busy, dropping old customers, who can just figure it out themselves. Reason: I had a heat pump installed by another company, which they don't supply themselves. Now I'm looking for another company to service the boiler I still use for hot water and cooking. Any tips?
