We'd like to share our positive experience with this company! Mr. Pungi from Riool Centraal first came for a clogged toilet, which he quickly unclogged using high-quality equipment. We also received immediate information and advice on what we needed to do to prevent further damage. Two days later, he came again, this time for a leak in the sink. He repaired that quickly and efficiently, and again, he discussed the causes and possible solutions with us. Just to be sure, he also wanted to inspect the underground area. He discovered a crack in the sewer pipe, resulting in a leak that, besides dirt, also polluted the area with flies and other debris. He meticulously documented everything for us, and the next day, he and a colleague were able to come and replace the pipe. We were so fortunate that he was so dedicated and took the time to inspect the underground situation for us! And that everything was resolved on such short notice. We were very pleased that Mr. Pungi gave us excellent advice and also pointed us in the right direction to make the necessary improvements to prevent things from getting worse in our bathroom and kitchen! He provided clear information about the expected costs. All in all, based on our experience, we highly recommend this company!
