We had a great experience from beginning to end. It’s a family-run business, and Ted was the first to come by — he gave us a fair quote (cheaper than a lot of other companies) and took all the measurements. We were able to get an appointment pretty quickly, within about a week and a half, to renovate the stairs. Ted was also super flexible and accomodated a few last-minute changes for us without any hassle. Kars did an amazing job on the stairs — everything was super precise and finished to perfection. Now we have a beautiful staircase with built-in lights that we love, and we’ve received a lot of nice compliments from friends and family

We are very satisfied with the stairs renovation by Kars and team. From initial contact until the installation, they were professional, polite and efficient. On the day of the renovation, Kars and his colleague came at the agreed time, renovated the stairs and left the place clean and tidy. Our staircase is old, had carpet residues and uneven surfaces but Kars and his colleague were able to solve them, and we now have a beautiful staircase to enjoy for many years to come.
