If you are not satisfied, by law, you shall receive your money back! I did it and I succeeded, as also for me the experience with this driving school was extremely bad! I fully share the negative comments of the previous customers, both for the lessons which were not adequate (I was left for 45 minutes alone with no interaction from the instructor) and the administrative aspects (poor communication and extremely slow response). I took motorbike lessons and I didn’t feel safe with the gear they provided as it was too big and they had only one size. A few times the gear was flapping and could potentially create a hazardous situation, but no assistance was received from the instructor. Not recommended!

My experience with Driving School Uniek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The receptionist was unbelievably rude—literally shouting over the phone during conversations, making it incredibly stressful and unprofessional. What’s worse, I was promised an exam slot and paid €300 in good faith. After weeks of excuses and poor communication, I never received the exam I was promised. Instead, they kept the money and refused to give any sort of refund or even an honest explanation. It feels like I was scammed. Completely unethical, disorganized, and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor—go to a reputable driving school that treats people with basic decency and doesn’t steal your money.

Avoid wasting your time and money in this driving school! I bought a 20-hour lesson package from them. The program lacks structure. Each session merely just repetitive driving around the blocks. I made almost no progress even after completing 13 lessons. Additionally, communication with them is very poor, leading to difficulties in scheduling appointments, often with long waiting periods of up to 2-3 weeks. Moreover, last-minute cancellations are frequent due to car break down or scheduling conflicts with another student, which requires rescheduling with further delays of 2-3 weeks. For Uniek, I hope you can improve on your service based on this feedback. Ignoring feedback as you did in all the bad reviews from other students may only harm your reputation. Please be honest with yourself. You don't want to run a business like this.
