I was locked out, the key was in the cargo area of my MAN van, and the doors were locked. This dealership is only 2 km from where this happened in Barneveld. Despite much insistence from the leasing company and the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club), Roordink refused to come; they left me stranded. I received no help!!!! Excellent service... This is my first MAN van, but also my last. In response to my review, I sent an email to Roordink. Just as I suspected, exactly the same as when I wasn't helped with my lockout. After a week and a half, still no response to my email. Excellent service... you seriously (don't) get any help.
