I like the store and in the past I only met really nice and helpful employees, however the clerk who I picked up my package from yesterday was so extremely rude that I will look for another pick-up location. She made very condescending and impolite remarks when she looked at my name in the system and saw that we were from the same country

Worst Primera experience. I went to this location today to send my eye lenses to my doctor. The employee put the lenses in letterbox mail without asking or confirming anything, and I paid €1,31. When I asked for Track & Trace she said it wasn’t available. After I insisted (because it was for my doctor), she became rude and started swearing in Dutch in front of other customers. In the end I had to pay another €5,25 for the package option to get Track & Trace. Primera owes me back the €1,31, because the first shipment was done incorrectly and without my consent. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Rudeness and indifference, is the pendulum that swings in the service in this Primera. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having to drop off a letter or pick up something, expect non chalice and even hostility. The people waiting in the store are also impatient and rude. Avoid, if possible. Do not spend money or time where you are not wanted.

Good service, you have ING service punt and Post NL there, and also your cigar, lotto, some party stuf like candles and party, decoration, the only thing is that the store is small and very busy/crowded sometimes.
