I saw nice reviews about this driving school and like everyone i fell for it. After the trial lesson, Serkan didn't respond me for a month. He will ghost you forever like he will never pick up your calls or respond to your messages! Finally after my dozens of texts and calls he says that he will come next day and my classes will begin. He asked for payment immediately. After 1.5 months of lesson i was prepared to give my practical exam. During my lessons i had been everyday asking him that when will you book my exam and he used to say that my team will soon book it. I never received any exam booking from CBR. One day before the exam i was ready for my final lesson and 15 minutes before i texted him that will he be here soon and he said no the exam is not booked for tomorrow so he won't show up. And he said that he takes help of a third party to get exam bookings. And he asked me to call them as they are not picking up his calls. Well, this is not my problem right. Because i paid my driver now this should be his problem. This is so unprofessional and this man has no self respect. Then, he goes on a one month long vacation without informing me. I kept messaging and calling but i keep receiving automated messages on Whatsapp saying we are away on a vacation and will be back by end of August. Meanwhile, i decided to call this third party company everyday for two weeks until they had booked ny exam for 2nd September 2024. Serkan came back from vacation and told me that my exam will be preponed two days i was like okay. But of course he was lying again. It has been three months and my practical exam is not booked yet. It is pure fraud/scam. All the nice ratings and reviews are fake. If you join this driving school it will give you the worst nightmare of your life. I have been so stressed since past 3 months. Also, Serkan doesn't pay to this third party agency and they cancel your exam last minute. My last resort is to call police and file a complain against this scammer who destroyed my sleep and peace of mind while he goes on a vacation. Also, he gives a lot of excuses saying he didn't respond because someone is dead in his family. Don't believe any word which comes out of his mouth. I am also happy to attach evidences here. They are a bag full of denials. I just want my refund. I don't want to see his face ever again in my life. I hope police or lawyer can help me.
