Passed my AVB and AVD for the full motorcycle license on the first try! The instructors were great, the bikes were fun to ride, and the school provides all the gear, so you can show up with nothing and get started right away. After the lessons I got feedback on what to work on. Not speaking Dutch wasn’t a problem. Planning lessons was sometimes a bit tricky, but that’s because they’re busy. AVD lessons were in the same area as the exam, and my exam route ended up being almost exactly what we practiced. All in all, I would recommend it!

Pro’s: same day lesson as your exam, and you also drive around in your lessons around the same areas the exam is in. Cons: Long waiting times and hard to understand instructor. The lessons pretty pricey. They also give harsh criticism, not for the weak definitely. The 4 hours (including break and other delays) could be too short for some people. I can recommend this driving school but its definitely not for everyone.

Motorrijschool Nieuw Haarlem—and especially Rachid—made sure I passed my driving exams within the limited time I had. The lessons were clear and helped me learn to ride a motorcycle quickly. Rachid’s enthusiastic teaching style really inspires you to develop your own enthusiasm for motorcycling. Thank you!

Highly recommended! What a great experience this has been. Nieuw Haarlem was recommended to me by friends who had also had a great experience here and I am glad I signed up. Rachid is a kind and highly dedicated driving instructor with a keen eye on exactly what needs to be learned, improved and perfected when it comes to obtaining a motorcycle license. Friendly and funny when and where possible but also strict and direct when required. Just what I needed! Best of all; Rachid is highly flexible and will do his utmost to find the time in his busy schedule to make time for you (both when it comes to (extra) lessons and when it is time to do your exams). Thanks again Rachid - and also to Rachid's colleague Rob who I had the honour of following lessons with on the Saturdays. Rob is also a highly skilled instructor and a pleasure to learn from. Thanks again - will be round for a coffee sometime soon!
