The best driving school in Oude Pekela. An incredibly friendly man who helps you with your insecurities and teaches you the right way to drive safely and participate in traffic. I'm incredibly grateful for all his lessons. Eddy Graver Driving School is highly recommended!

I took a few lessons with Eddy, and I quickly got the feeling that he wasn't focusing on my learning process at all. From the very first lesson, for example, Eddy chatted non-stop, which is pleasant (I often read this in the positive reviews), but also completely inconvenient, unnecessary, and above all, unsafe. Because of this, we both paid much less attention to traffic and my driving, something that, in my opinion, especially in the first lessons, should be central to driving lessons. I also experienced Eddy showing me a video from his phone while I was driving. I assume I don't need to repeat what I explained above. Finally, I experienced Eddy making a racist remark about a pedestrian on a crosswalk. Now that I've recently started lessons at a different driving school, I realize how much better my new instructor's style is. It feels really good that the lessons are structured and that there's genuine attention paid to my learning process. I learned so much more in just one trial lesson than in the three lessons I had with Eddy. I'm glad I stopped with Eddy in time and started looking for ways to do things differently!
