Introductie
In Zoetermeer biedt Rijles Zoetermeer Verkeersschool Monique van Damme diverse rijopleidingen aan, gericht op het veilig en zelfstandig deelnemen aan het verkeer. I started taking driving lessons at Tempo Driving School, and after failing several times, my confidence in the school had plummeted! Moreover, they weren't professional in their approach to letting students who wanted to go to another driving school go; they just wanted to put them down! So, I contacted Monique van Damme and scheduled a lesson to demonstrate my driving skills. She soon discovered that I hadn't been taught many things and had been misinterpreted from the start! I started with Monique in August. Monique is a small-scale driving school with a passion for driving and, of course, for the students. Because I had failed my practical exam several times, my confidence in driving was also damaged. Monique takes the time to talk to you and help you. After the first lesson to see how I drove, she immediately gave me a feeling of confidence! In short, a top-notch driving school!

I ended up with Monique from another driving school. Thanks to her, I experienced how it can be done differently! She has a personal approach and provides coaching on test anxiety. She applies this to driving, but the tips have also been useful in everyday life. Monique is dedicated to her students, which was clearly evident in her contact with the CBR (Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing). Unfortunately, I had to switch to automatic transmission, but she showed her personal side by continuing to follow up with me and even coming to see me on the day I passed as a surprise. What a fantastic teacher; straightforward, clear, and with a pleasant teaching style.

A driving school where the lessons are incredibly educational, with personal guidance and a very friendly instructor! If you're 40, a woman, a foreigner with a driver's license from your native country, you might think you can already drive. I went to Monique to learn how to shift gears. Now I'm realizing I have much more to learn to drive safely and confidently on the road. From her, I'm learning to look, anticipate, relax, and "claim my place in traffic." Driving in the US is very different, where everyone makes room for you. I'm sure Monique won't send me to the CBR (Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing) until I'm ready. And she's incredibly patient, sensitive, and sharp as a driving instructor. We've come so far!
