Mr. Rigter, I understand that there are apparently people parking cars on your property that aren't supposed to be there, but how antisocial can you be when you practically curse a woman (my colleague last week) and make her cry? What kind of man are you? Then put up better signs and do something about your behavior!

While searching for a house, I came across Vaartweg 32 in Eemdijk. My dream home. I immediately called to ask if I could schedule a viewing. The only option was "tomorrow morning." I asked: Could I do it via video call? No, that wasn't possible. (I was in Emmen at the time.) I asked my son-in-law if he had time, and luckily, he was able to view the house. Then, the next morning, I received a message from Mr. Rigter stating that I couldn't view the house and that I wasn't allowed to submit an offer, even though the closing date hadn't yet been reached. A very unpleasant, rigid experience for me in real estate.

An honest real estate agent who, in our opinion (based on our own experience and that of others), doesn't (at least not in our case) play the game of insider trading, where buying and selling agents pass work and therefore commissions on to each other. As a private individual without a buyer's agent, you're not just there to drive up the price; you actually have a real chance.
