Windows and doors are well made and the Instalation guys were okay! I ended up without a stone sill because upon the installation the granite stone did not fit anymore due to lack of space. (Edit, Corina from Riant Kozijnen solved this issue for us! Thank you) The exterior is well done, on the inside, the "finishing frames" arround the window/doors are bigger one on side than the other, giving the appearance of a misalignment on the frame. While this is an appearance issue only, I feel this could be worked on for future clients.

An excellent service. The windows and shutters look great and are high quality. Very prompt and professional service when we had questions or needed to change our order. The installers were also very professional, friendly and flexible. They arrived on time and got on with the job, but were able to offer advice when needed and all in a very friendly way. We were impressed with the whole service and would highly recommend.

In week 38, we had almost all the window frames in our bungalow replaced. This included a front door, sliding doors, four windows, including one flower window and one combination tilt-and-turn door. The initial consultation clearly demonstrated the expertise of Corina, our on-site employee; she provided information, advice, brainstormed ideas, and demonstrated the possibilities in the showroom. The installation crew were also exceptionally skilled. Everything was professionally installed, neatly finished, and tidied up. This was followed by a joint inspection walk-through, providing helpful tips and explanations. They were friendly, professional, and reliable, easy to work with, and they did a great job. Communication throughout the entire process was very smooth, and emails with questions were answered promptly. Very satisfied with the work performed. A fantastic company, definitely recommended!
