Michiel is an extremely busy man and expects his customers to call him every week to seek an appointment. You have to keep chasing him for an appointment and all you will be told is to call him back the following week, and he never picks up his phone. He is an expert and is thorough about what he does and gives good advice but it seems he does not have a calendar management system to keep things professional and timely. If there is an domestic emergency, it would be challenging to rely on him for his expert services on time.
