Strange real estate agent. First, I called the agency to express interest in a property and ask if it was still for sale. The operator didn't know and said they would call us back. Then, Björn called us back. When I asked if the house was still for sale, I was indignantly asked "why?" Apparently, a very strange question, one they don't get often. The conversation also leaned more towards being rude than helpful. I was supposed to be called back later to discuss a viewing, but I haven't heard from them since... Doesn't come across as a professional real estate agency. Perhaps they should treat potential clients more kindly, then you won't lose them.

I filled out a contact form on Wednesday because I was interested in a property and wanted to view it. Still no response by Friday afternoon, so I called myself. After repeating everything twice, I received a curt reply saying I would be called back. The operator was clearly busy with other matters. Tuesday afternoon, I still hadn't heard anything. I called again and received the curt (annoyed) reply that my inquiry had already been noted and I would be contacted. Meanwhile, more than a week has passed and I still haven't heard anything. It's bizarre that they can sell a house here without letting potential buyers view anything. Very unprofessional. And after your response here, I'm even more surprised. The house I contacted you about is indeed in your portfolio, but it has now, of course, been sold subject to contract. Your operator looked it up herself when I spoke to them because she didn't understand which house it was. You never called me back or emailed me. And which "same day" do you mean? Because after three days, it was still "noted" that I should call. It's a real shame that you apparently completely ignore the issue when you give a bad review. And on a contact form on Funda, it's automatically sent to the real estate agent who has the house in their portfolio. I just enter my own information there.

The real estate agent, Björn, was very unfriendly. And I never made an offer on the house I went to view. Especially not after the experience I had at the viewing. And then they called me from a different number to try to intimidate me about this review. Sad.
