After nearly two years of waiting, our garden has unfortunately still not been properly completed by Mr. Vos. From the very beginning, there were clear problems with drainage: water keeps collecting every time. Despite multiple promises that he would come and fix it, nothing ever actually happens. Time and again he says he will take care of it, but then we hear nothing more or he simply doesn’t show up. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that we have consistently paid for his so-called “solutions” — solutions that turned out not to work. We even followed his advice and incurred extra costs again, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. It seems that time after time, we are paying for mistakes in his own work. The lack of communication and the repeated failure to keep appointments is downright unprofessional. It’s extremely disappointing to be treated like this as a customer, especially when we’ve repeatedly given him the benefit of the doubt. After continued inaction, poor communication, and an ongoing issue for which we’ve paid multiple times, we feel misled and not taken seriously. In short: not recommended. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and someone who honors their commitments, we strongly advise against working with this party.

This is now the third project Rens has completed in our garden, and once again we are incredibly pleased with the results. The team works efficiently, thinks along with us, and comes up with smart solutions. Everything is neatly tidied up and delivered perfectly. It's great to work with people who know their craft and enjoy what they do. We highly recommend Rens and his team!
