Horrible service, they gave an appointment without time, so I wrote them several times on several email addresses and they never answered. So in my last email I wrote that if they didn't answer I would cancel the appointment. I used another firm, all went great. Then they suddenly appeared saying that I was supposed to pay them. And they keep sending emails, but they cannot manage their own basic communication. Horrible experience.

I had an awful experience with Renewable Patrners! Organising and running a visit of thier expert was fine, but after things went completely wrong. They requested additional information from the VVE which I provided, there was no communication with the expert at all, and in 2 weeks I received a report with the energy label lower than the previously registered one, stating that there was not sufficient information received and that my file is closed. In the end, I had to pay 250EUR for registering a lower label than I had before, no communication, no customer service attitude and unpleasant exchanges by e-mail. Not recommended, stay away from this company!

Can absolutely not recommend them! The Label was sent to me weeks after originally promised as well as advertised on their website. Without any clear Information on why the Label was chosen. We are a house of 4 appartments and my was far worse assessed than the other appartments assessed from other companies. All similar standards. After pushing for further information it is explained to me that I could do new Windows for example to increase the Label. Now here comes the fun part, we have brand new windows and frames from not even 1.5 years ago. I offered several times during the appointment to show documentation which was declined. Something seems to be clearly off, but any comments and questions re this are ignored. Only communication is around the payment which of course was requested in full even though it was neither delivered on time nor with clear justification.
