This isn't the first time we've used Remcool Air Conditioning Service. They're always there for us when we need them. Last week, during the extreme heatwave, our air conditioner stopped working, and of course, we needed service that same day. I called them, and they were able to send a technician within 4 to 5 hours. Remco, the technician, came and fixed the air conditioner without hesitation. The price was reasonable, and the service, as usual, was top-notch. I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

Just before summer, we had our air conditioning installed by Remcool. Remco came by to give us a quote and assess the situation. He provided clear information about the price/quality ratio for various brands and models. We opted for the Gree, and we're very pleased with it. Installation after the quote went very smoothly. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was completed very neatly, and they provided clear explanations afterward. We would definitely recommend Remcool.

I found Remcool to be a very pleasant and professional company, both during the purchase and installation. I purchased two Mitsubishi air conditioners from them. They stick to their promises, and they deliver truly professional workmanship. Everything was installed and tested exceptionally neatly, and all the packaging was neatly tidied up. They also installed the accompanying app on my iPhone, and explained how it worked, as well as the remote control. I highly recommend this company.
