A beautiful door was installed after a warm welcome. Unfortunately, everything was agreed upon. He doesn't keep his promises, despite what I've read here. I contacted him several times, saying he'd come by, but it didn't happen, or he did come by but forgot something. Now we've been waiting for a part for weeks. "Yeah, I don't have time because of all the work," he's given the same excuse several times. Such a shame after a good first impression.
