We found Hans, when we wanted a new gas line placed for a kitchen renovation last year. Then later on he came to our rescue when someone else made some MASSIVE mistakes in our house putting in floor heating (we were left with no heating, unfinished pipework and leaks in multiple places). Hans had no obligation to fix the mistakes someone else made, but he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was fixed to perfection. He has now also placed a new CV ketel for us since our old one broke, along with a new digital thermostat and various other odds and ends around the house. Hans is so hard working, delivers a fantastic standard of work and is always a pleasure to have around! Cannot recommend him enough!

Very friendly in the initial contact, but disingenuous and disappointing in subsequent communication. I needed a relatively simple repair to my flue (replacement of the silicone ring). After sending photos, I received a very quick reply stating that the system was outdated and that the flue needed to be replaced, and that I would receive a quote shortly. I responded positively while waiting for the quote. However, the next day I received another email with a completely unbelievable explanation as to why the repair couldn't be carried out (roof work was needed, the gentleman had a hernia, blah blah...).

He arrives an hour early for his appointment and blames me for being on time. Because I called my neighbor after work, I knew for sure he was an hour early. When I called him to ask where he was, he told me he was completely done and didn't want to come. He arrives an hour early and then doesn't show up at the correct time.
