REMAX charges a fixed fee rather than a percentage of the house's value, which was exactly what we were looking for. 2. ​Mike was incredibly patient throughout the journey. Buying a house is a long process that can take up to a year, but Mike stayed by our side for the full six months it took us to find "the one." ​3. We actually liked quite a few houses at the very start of our search, but Mike honestly advised us against them. He pointed out valid concerns that we never would have noticed without his years of experience. I first met Remko years ago when I was looking at an apartment. I wound up buying another place but Remko had made an impression on me and so when it came time to sell the place I did wind up buying, I went to him. I’m glad I did because he’s fantastic: on top of things, positive and energetic (without being aggressive), knowledgeable, patient and with integrity. I already recommended him to another friend (who was also very happy working with him) and would not hesitate to do so again!

Mike from REMAX helped me sold my house recently. I was very satisfied with the service from him and the whole REMAX team. I was doing the whole process from a distance since I already lived abroad and they handled everything for me. And it could not have gone smoother. Even when Mike unexpectedly fell ill just as the viewings were supposed to start, one of his colleagues immediately took over and handled almost 50 viewings in less than 10 days. And they helped me get the best price I could have hoped for! Can definitely highly recommend!
