Can I give this real estate agency no stars? For two weeks, I've been trying to schedule a viewing for a house to potentially make an offer. After several attempts to contact them, I finally get an appointment, but the appointment is rescheduled several times. I had to follow up on this myself. After complaining several times, I always get a very unfriendly representative on the phone. When I call back, the house is sold. In short, customer service is hopeless and rude. This will not be my future real estate agent.

I had a great experience selling my house in Loon op Zand with Ad Krijnen. He's a real estate agent who knows how to tackle things, understands the market, and provides clear advice and instructions on how to best sell your house in terms of furnishings (removing excess clutter). After two days on Funda, my house was already sold. Excellent guidance. Ad is a real star.
