I had to replace the motor in my screen panel and get a new remote, the work was not clean, dirty hands all over the walls where work was done. After a year the blinds started to squeak really loud i sent an email asking if i can oil it myself somewhere or how we can fix this but there was no response. Might be the fact that i do not speak dutch but my experience was bad would have expected a little bit more care with the walls.
