We've had few positive experiences in recent years. The necessary parts for repairs are almost never in stock. In addition, in our case, every repair request is rescheduled at least once. The first appointment was rescheduled due to a high volume of leaks. A new appointment for three weeks in the future, requiring two technicians, was rescheduled two days in advance, this time because two technicians weren't available. If you know you need two technicians three weeks in advance, you don't suddenly find out two days in advance, I think. I suspect they reschedule a lot due to urgent jobs, forcing other customers to wait.
