Saw a 4 bedroom house for rent and contacted them via the contact form on their website and also once via telephone. Got a very short email stating minimum monthly income requirement, nothing else. Quite unfriendly in my opinion... Anyway, I sent them my income details and was asked about family and pets. Gave them my details and asked for a viewing. Got an answer today saying that the house was only suitable for older couples, not for families. Really? A 4 bedroom house, not suitable for families? Absolute nonsense, plus the uninterested emails made it obvious that something else wasn't to their liking. Maybe it was my foreign family name? Avoid them if you're not 100% Dutch!

The house was put on funda.nl on Thursday and we immediately contact them via funda at 8:52am Thursday and also made a call at 9:10am Thursday for a viewing appointment. Unfortunately, we still failed to make it. Quite curious about how crazy the market is. We can not make a viewing appointment when the house was only on the market for only several hours.
