A solid 9+. Not a 10 because the wait time for the frames and doors is long, but in return, you get 100% value for your money. The service is perfect; if there's a problem, you just have to call and they'll come by with advice or fix your problem. I recommend this company to everyone!

Utterly disappointed. This company installed a small window for us on our extension. The work was sloppy. I reported this to the service staff, two friendly men who were willing to help. We made an appointment for one of them to take a look, but at the last minute, the appointment was canceled; the management felt it wasn't necessary. We also requested a quote from this company for two large windows that we want to replace soon. In fact, we eventually want to replace all the windows in our house and install uPVC window frames. But I absolutely will not work with a company with this type of management. They seem to focus on short-term goals instead of providing service. If I had such a problem with a small window, imagine something was wrong for the larger job... I think they could have gotten more money if they were more customer-focused. And all it took was someone to come for 20 minutes with a sharp knife and some sealant. In the end, we asked another technician to do it for us. He was done in 7 minutes :)

In January 2022, we ordered a uPVC back door from them. They took the time to thoroughly review and discuss the options in their showroom. In December 2022, the door was installed by a very knowledgeable employee who, despite our crooked house, hung it very neatly. And what a difference compared to our old uPVC door from 1986. It looks like a vault door. Reliable company, beautiful products. If we ever need anything again, we know where to find them. After about six months, the door started dragging on the sill. An employee of this company fixed this.
