Our air conditioning wasn't working properly. After several technicians came by, Robert finally came. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he didn't stop until the problem was fixed. He's very easy to contact and always arrives promptly and on time for appointments. He communicates well. All in all, very professional. I also read a negative review on Google, but that hasn't been my experience at all, and I can't imagine Robert making a bad impression. He's definitely worth recommending.

We were looking for a solution to the high gas price. Robert from R.A.K. advised us, and we're very satisfied with the air conditioning installation with four indoor units. Everything works perfectly and is very neatly finished. Installation began within a few days of contacting us. All in all, it's an excellent value! Look no further and choose R.A.K., and you'll be sure of a great deal!

Robert arrived right on time. He expertly connected our split unit, refilled it, and delivered it in perfect working order. He has a keen eye for detail, a friendly communication style, and a high level of service. For example, he double-checked whether the condensation drainage could cause any problems. He also made the outdoor unit extra stable and advised me to place a piece of sturdy rubber underneath it to reduce vibrations. It worked perfectly. In short, he checked many additional things. I found his rate attractive. All in all, I am very satisfied and highly recommend RAK.
