I think the owner, Jos, is having payment problems. Lots of parties on the weekends, with all sorts of things... but he doesn't pay for everything he takes. Very disappointing. He blocks your number when you ask for your money. Lots of promises. Nothing to deliver. Very unreliable. Judging by the reviews, he'd rather collect money than spend it on services himself. I can send you screenshots to confirm my story. Good luck, Jos. Apparently, you really need the money 👍🏻

Blocked drains. A major problem with a 9-week-old baby. I got this tip from a plumber. Just call, and he said he could be there the next morning at 9:00. How great! Send me your address because I'm at the supermarket. "Oh, that's fine," and I'll text. The next morning... nobody. I called at 9:45. Jos answered in astonishment. He didn't know anything. After explaining who I was, he said, "Yes, you should text it too; texting is outdated these days." Now I don't have time today. I was shocked; we have a major problem here. We had agreed on this, right? Jos promised me it would be fixed and would let me know later what time he'd arrive. I didn't trust him and started looking for other companies. RRS came by, and the problem was fixed around noon. Thank goodness I didn't wait. I heard nothing more. The next day at 3:30 PM, I texted him, saying I was sorry I couldn't take his word for it. To which I get the reply: I have no idea who you are…

I feel utterly ripped off!!!! Just another company that thrives on you needing them, so they can just rip you off without any decency. We had a blockage, and they came quickly. Then they had to leave quickly because the blockage was worse than expected. They were supposed to dig a hole in the front garden to access the pipes. When I asked how much it would cost, it said it would be around €500...but if I dug it myself, it would be half that. So I dug a meter deep myself, which was quite disappointing, I can tell you. I called, and they came. They flushed the pipe from both sides, and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Then I received a bill for €506 instead of around €250 as agreed. So I called, but I was told to send an email. I sent an email. No response for ages, and they gave me a lame story. I emailed back again and never received a response. (just plain antisocial). Late responses to simple emails and not keeping my own appointments. Completely unreliable! Six months later, I suddenly receive a reminder out of the blue. My experience with this company has been quite unpleasant. I therefore do not recommend them and will share this experience with everyone around me. The money is in your account. Enjoy!
