Fifteen years ago, my parents had a beautiful canopy built by Botuina. Well, from a distance it looked okay, until you got closer. It started to rot after a few months, was as crooked as could be, and most importantly, it wasn't the builder's fault that the quality of the canopy deteriorated so quickly. He thought he knew it all and was ready to tell you everything, but in reality, this man has no idea what he's doing and is making a complete mess of it. What should have been a good and beautiful finished product turned into a lot of messing around, with a lot of back-and-forth hassle and promises that were never kept. All in all, we had the canopy demolished after a few years, because if you were to look at it, it would collapse from sheer misery. NEVER HAVE ANYTHING BUILT BY THIS COMPANY

A beautiful canopy was delivered. However, scheduling appointments remains a challenge. I want them to come by to check something, but so far, scheduling appointments has been impossible.
