VL built a complex house for us in Delft. They did a good job, the quality of work was good and they did not overestimated requested extra works. There are always mistakes/misunderstandigs in such projects but they reacted quickly and constructively during the building phase. Prices were ok. Only drawback was the 3 month delays. Tip: put a high delay fee in your contract so that you can get you rent or other costs covered in case of long delays.

Their attention, advice, and commitment to our project (the reconstruction of our home) were the reason we chose to work with them. We have no regrets. During construction: The work was carried out well and there were minimal deviations from the agreed-upon schedule. The fixed contact persons, their regular presence, and their friendliness contributed to our satisfaction with the result and the way our project was carried out. Flexible: We would definitely recommend this company even if you have a substantial amount of custom-made plans. Van Leeuwen Construction also advised us during the construction process and responded favorably and flexibly to our changing plans.

Van Leeuwen built a small project in the Kerk en Zanen neighborhood. It's a beautiful row of houses. Excellently designed and perfectly constructed by this contractor. High-quality materials were used, and everything was finished very neatly. There were some minor delays at the end due to unexpected slip-ups from subcontractors and suppliers (not really the contractor's fault, as they were suddenly confronted with this as well), but ultimately, everything was installed and working within four or five weeks of completion. The project management and site manager were easily accessible when it mattered (we lived about 200 km from the construction site, so we couldn't easily "pop in"). However, we would have appreciated more information about the progress, both regarding the "normal" construction and regarding the resolution of the deficiencies discovered upon completion.

Van Leeuwen Construction built our house in collaboration with a project developer. That went quite well. However, we've had a leak for some time now. We asked them to come and fix it, but they failed. When I asked why they weren't coming, I was transferred to Mr. van Leeuwen himself. The result of my request to fix the leak was that they hung up the phone. So, we're not very happy with this contractor and their actions. Isn't this quite rude?
