Some time ago, I chose Qool for the installation of two air conditioners to heat the ground floor and, as a bonus, to cool it in the summer. I selected Qool because of their clear, expert response to my questions, which gave me the confidence that the installation would also go smoothly. I then discussed the situation at my home with Jeffrey. The installation went perfectly: everything was installed professionally, and the result was delivered clean. Qool pays a lot of attention to neatly installing the conduits for the pipes, and they also suggested concealing the outdoor units neatly in an enclosure (see photo). After the installation, Jeffrey came by again to discuss the system settings in more detail. I am therefore very satisfied with the result and the service.
