A very disappointing experience with this broker: not providing necessary documents, delay of information, no proper communication, which left us with costs, a lot of time/research invested, and ending up with nothing.

I've been in contact with this company for several months. We had taken an option on an office space they were offering. However, another interested party also showed up and will be buying more, so understandably, they were given priority. We agreed to stay in touch, so if the other party backed out, we could still discuss the matter. Now, two months later, I've been lied to repeatedly. I was told they'd contact me on Monday or Friday, only to hear nothing for days or weeks on end. The communication is simply terrible, and when someone who seems more attractive to the real estate agent comes along, they simply abandon us. Two months have passed, and I've given up. We hear far too little, and they're completely unreachable by phone. Not recommended!
