Do not work with them. In my experience, agreements are not honored and communication is lacking. Relevant information was not shared with me and no proactive advice was given, forcing me to take action myself based on received fines. The administrative handling cost me two fines of €83 and one fine of €50. Despite this situation, the focus subsequently lay primarily on collecting the invoice rather than resolving the problem. Additionally, communication took place exclusively through an intermediary, which unnecessarily delayed and complicated the process. Costs of €30 were charged for actions I ultimately performed myself. Based on my experience, I advise against working with this party.
