I had a fantastic experience with Q-Klimaat, run by Damiën. He installed two LG air conditioning units (each 2.5 kWh) in the upstairs rooms of my home, and everything was handled with precision and care. From the initial consultation to the final setup, Damiën was professional, knowledgeable, and highly reliable. A pleasant experience with Henri and Damien. During the appointment, we received professional advice from Henri, and the air conditioning was installed within four weeks. Very satisfied with Q-Klimaat. My father handles the administration, my son does the installation, both Dutch, which was great. Communication was clear and excellent from the start. The quote came quickly, was very detailed, and there were no surprises. I accidentally provided the wrong type of felt for the roof duct, but they were very flexible about this. I've had the air conditioners for a few weeks now, and they are very quiet and work perfectly. I was also able to neatly conceal the pump in an existing cabinet in the garage, so there's no noise in the living room. The built-in LG Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the integration with Home Assistant worked immediately. Summary: Compared to other suppliers, the price is very competitive, the communication was excellent, and especially fast delivery, which I found important. Thanks again, Q-Klimaat!
