We have been extremely disappointed by this company. We have ordered 5 aluminum windows from PROFEL via Pronk. 3 of these windows let a flow of air enter on the bottom part of the frame. Our front door and a window are not aligned with the frame and a clear gap lets air enter. The communication is a nightmare, and emails are ignored. When you try to reach them on the phone, you will hear multiple excuses and will never be called back. It usually took 2-3 weeks to have any kind of feedback. After the defect on the windows have been noticed due to cold weather, Pronk tried to fix it but without success. They damaged the walls. After that, they said that PROFEL was responsible. But we have never heard anything from PROFEL. Be aware that spending a lot of money on windows will not guarantee you that you will have a good result. We regret to have selected this company and windows. We are now living in a very cold living room with an air draft. We must use blankets to cover to bottom of the door and window to limit the cold entering. And we have no other means than struggling with lawyers to get our money back because no one seems motivated to fix the windows.

Very happy with my new window frames and door, the entire front is now uPVC with triple glazing! This way, I'll be worry-free for years to come. And I'm already noticing that the house stays warmer! All the staff, from the salesperson to the men who installed everything, were so friendly and helpful! Thanks!
