Since only a few months after the toilet renovation the wall has been severely damaged from humidity (see pictures). This is not leakage, but condensation (maybe bad impregnation? bad ventilation?) We contacted Saida and Khalid multiple times to help us fix this (of course with payment) but they totally ignored us. We spent quite some money on the toilet, and now we are worse off -stuck with a new issue that they don't want to deal with. While they deliver on paper, be careful about the "service after".

Khalid and Saida did an incredible job renovating our toilet and bathroom. Khalid is an absolute perfectionist, it is great. Even though we do not speak Dutch, we always found a way to understand each other. Khalid’s passion shows in his workmanship. He is always a positive and friendly you can feel this energy in the house. Really enjoyed working with him. So happy with our new bathroom.

We initially reached out to Saida and Khalid because our bathroom and toilet needed a serious refresh and we wanted to use beton cire for a unified and clean look. We're very happy with the results - they certainly supported us with their technical knowledge and design advice. One improvement to mention would be the communication: they were both very busy and it was sometimes difficult to get a hold of them to progress with the project/planning. We do recommend them, the job is on point!

We needed a bathroom specialist to work on our 3 year old bathroom that was fairly new but already falling apart. Khalid and Saida came by for an initial consultation, and for a second one to discuss all the next steps and finer details. We left the country for a month and the house keys with them during that time. All communication via WhatsApp and calls went smoothly during the renovation and the whole process made us feel that Prodeco was reliable, ethical and transparent - qualities that are hard to come by with contractors here. Thank you both for our new beautiful bathroom!
