Three years ago, they installed a new boiler for us, but we decided against signing up for a maintenance contract right away, because is that really necessary in the first year with a new installation? Now, for the second year in a row, we're trying to get them here for maintenance, but they refuse. We've emailed, called four times (no one answers), and left three voicemails. We've tried through word of mouth, and they tell us they only help customers who already have a maintenance contract. What a bunch of unprofessional little children. Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives. Just ignore these idiots. They're bunglers. Unheard of!
