Prisma Detail installed a Remeha hybrid heat pump system. The work was done well and professionally. The system works perfectly. Tristan works calmly and with control. He doesn't get discouraged if things go wrong, but continues undisturbed until the job is done. Patience (on both sides, the client and the installer) is a virtue 😉. Even with just one pair of hands, Tristan, as a small business owner, gets everything done. Highly recommended.

He expertly and efficiently installed 3-phase power to our kitchen and replaced our gas cooktop with an induction cooktop! He also carried out other work to our satisfaction (refrigerator door wouldn't close, several electrical outlets stopped working... everything was repaired/replaced). Highly recommended!

Central heating boiler replacement. A young entrepreneur, a "no nonsense, just action" type, with respect for his physical dedication and demanding work: carrying boilers, climbing on the roof, etc. A neat job, and he knows his stuff as far as I'm concerned. Keep up the good work!

What went wrong with the installation of my hybrid heat pump: the heating supply and return lines were incorrectly connected (replaced after repeated requests), an old coupling was used that had rusted through within a year, and the interior wiring looked terrible (he did tidy it up a bit). When the circuit board failed, it turned out that a pipe just outside the roof had been soldered shut and a sharp kink in another pipe. I hadn't benefited from my hybrid heat pump for a year. Tristan definitely needs to improve his communication skills, and he didn't offer a single apology. The supplier (Intergas) came by twice and did an excellent job.
