Kim from Prismaat helped me selling our house in Zaandam. We are very happy with her. Very communicative, helpful, gave good advice and was always on time. We felt very safe having her by our side. By far the best makelaar Ive had when living in NL.

This Makelaar is fake! they publish the houses and then they cancel the appointments saying that the house is sold! They are not professionals! avoid them for sure! do not trust those scammers!

A very pleasant experience with this real estate agent, even though I nearly missed out on an apartment last week. Rene from the Heemskerk office did everything he could to turn things around for me, but unfortunately, the landlord made a different decision. Thanks again, Rene, for your mediation and dedication. I hope you'll soon find a nice apartment we can view together.

What a worthless company; Prismaat Beverwijk. They advertise a plot of land for rent, have me come in twice to view it, and then don't contact me again. The moment you ask for information yourself, you're treated like an annoying person who shouldn't ask too many questions. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them!

What a low-brow real estate agent. He throws unsolicited advertising in the mailbox despite the stickers, and doesn't send anything... to the residents of... What a money-grubbing speculator. We will never, ever do business with these idiotic real estate agents. Stop, stop this filth.
