During the construction of our house, it was a one-way street. Communication from Prinsbouw was nonexistent. Everything looked promising upfront; a family business where much is possible through consultation. After that initial meeting, I noticed little of that change in the more than two years that followed. I don't consider Prinsbouw customer-focused at all; they quickly choose the easiest and/or cheapest option. A heat pump that's installed the wrong way (with the back facing the visible side) isn't a problem for Prinsbouw either. Initially, the contractor promised to have it repositioned, so a date was scheduled (after a year!). The qualified installers on-site concluded that it wouldn't be as easy as expected and that it would cost a considerable amount of time and money. So, once again, we were simply fobbed off. This is just one of many examples. I think this is worth writing a review about my experiences with Prinsbouw. I hope this will be helpful to others.

Prins Bouw completely renovated our historic home in the center of Elburg. We are very satisfied with the quality of the professionals Prins Bouw employed. Communication was also excellent, and their commitment was high. I highly recommend Prins Bouw for the construction or renovation of your home.

They keep saying that the part they ordered is missing. But they don't hear back. The extra work is suddenly very expensive.
