Friendly and skilled technicians. It's a shame they've been so busy lately. They'd discovered a leak in the heating pipe in the crawl space, but unfortunately, they didn't have time to fix it. The next day, the pipe had completely burst, and I was left in the cold. With a small child. They weren't available until two days later. Before that, the secretary had rescheduled an appointment for an elderly woman's outdoor faucet. I called around to see if another plumber could come that same day. Luckily, I found someone. I called Neatly Prent to cancel the appointment, but the secretary scolded me, saying she'd canceled on that woman. As if I'm going to sit here in the cold for two days.
