I contacted them about the water pump not working, but they never responded. When I called them again and expressed my frustration, they were met with silence and no apology. Very annoying.

This company does not honor agreements. Had a mechanic visit a year ago. Then total silence. No invoice, no quote that was promised, just nothing more. After calling twice, an invoice arrived but still no quote. Concluding a maintenance contract also appears to be quite a difficult job for this company. I am now in contact with a company that wants satisfied customers.

We bought a new house in Sneek and discovered that some rooms were quite cold. So we called in Pranger (Dokkum) for help. Within a few days, a very friendly technician arrived and advised us to purchase the Honeywell evohome system. I said, "Fine, give me a quote." No sooner said than done. After two weeks, no quote. I called and was told, "Apologies, the quote fell through the cracks, but it's on its way." After almost four weeks, I called again and was told, "That's strange because the quote had been sent by email." I sent it "again," and it should be within two and a half hours. (What seemed strange to me was how long it would take to send an email again. But you guessed it, after two and a half hours, no email. So I called again, and got through to reception. "The gentleman will call me back." I received this email. Good afternoon, You'll receive the official PDF quote from me later, but these are the prices: - Price per evohome head (11 in total) €159.12 incl. VAT and labor - Base station €600 + setup & VAT So the quote fell through the cracks. The email was sent but apparently didn't reach me, and now the quote has spontaneously disappeared, so here are a few lines of text. I don't feel treated fairly.

We're paying for a service contract... never saw anyone, but we still have to pay €92. I called, and they said they'd look into why no maintenance had been performed, but I still have to call back. As long as they don't call back, we won't pay any bills.

Keeping appointments isn't one of Pranger & Rosier's strong suits. They scheduled two appointments with management, and both times they forgot about them and didn't have time to rectify the situation properly. It's simply terrible.
