Mijn naam is Doreen Rouwhof, en als gediplomeerd gewichtsconsulente en foodcoach, ben ik jouw persoonlijke gids op deze reis naar welzijn. Mijn liefde voor koken en bakken combineer ik met mijn expertise in voedingsadvies, om jou niet alleen te leren wat gezond eten is, maar ook hoe je het lekker kunt maken.

I tried everything to lose weight, but nothing really worked. Then, through a friend, I found Doreen. It was a game-changer. At the start, I almost didn't dare say I wanted to lose maybe 10 kilos! I did lose weight. Even more than I'd hoped. This happened without a diet, but through a completely different lifestyle. Through all sorts of exercises that help you look at food differently and make more conscious choices. And you can still eat delicious food: bread, potatoes (sometimes pizza 🥳). If you want to lose weight without shakes or a diet, I highly recommend Doreen!

The results of the coaching from Doreen at Praktijk FIT exceeded my expectations after 11 weeks. I fit perfectly into my clothes again and feel wonderfully fit. The weekly menu she created specifically for me was perfectly tailored to my weekly rhythm, taking workdays, parties, and workouts into account perfectly, making it easy to prepare a quick, healthy meal on those days. Really delicious, no complicated recipes or ingredients, and incredibly easy to maintain, even now that her coaching has ended. If your pants are a little too tight, you could use a few pounds off, and you need encouragement to exercise more and eat healthily, then I highly recommend Praktijk Fit.

Doreen is incredibly skilled and understands you perfectly. She guided me through the FIT program for 10 weeks. The recipes are delicious, and I learned to adjust my eating habits.
