Called to make an appointment for a quote, which was possible on short notice. Received good advice, which is why I ordered the roller shutters from Portenda. The installation followed smoothly within the agreed delivery time. Four hours were scheduled, but the installers already mentioned that it was tight, and there were also a few setbacks that prevented them from finishing. I was called immediately the next day for a follow-up appointment, so everything was arranged quickly. The installation was very good and professional. In my opinion, the interior finishing could have been a bit neater. Otherwise, the roller shutters are of good quality, and we are already enjoying them a lot. All in all, I received good help, and that is why I can definitely recommend Portenda! 5 stars for quality and service!

Great company. Electricized the screen motor. It turned out the first time that the motor didn't fit; a different rod had to be installed. After this was resolved, I received an invoice that matched the quote. That is top-notch.
