We decided to go with uPVC window frames. So we asked five companies for quotes, and Plankozijn came out on top. The difference between the cheapest and most expensive was €7,500. Plankozijn won the contract and executed it perfectly. I'd especially like to mention the installers; they were neat and skilled. Thanks to Plankozijn for their neat and accurate workmanship.

Excellent customer focus, service, and quality at Plankozijn - My mother recently had the wooden window frames in her house replaced with uPVC, and she was incredibly happy with the result! - From the first call, communication with Edwin went very smoothly. He was able to provide professional advice on materials and styles for the renovation. The installation itself went flawlessly: the team worked quickly, accurately, and left everything neat and tidy. The quality of the frames is excellent – sturdy, well-insulated, and with a beautiful finish that will last for years. Since the installation, we've also noticed a significant improvement in the house's thermal insulation, which will benefit our energy bills (in these expensive times). Plankozijn not only offers high-quality products but also a worry-free service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new window frames!

I had a great experience today installing six window frames, led by Ronald's team. Everything was neatly installed and delivered. My next uPVC window frame project will be handled by Plan Kozijn again.

We had our front door, back door, rear window, and window frames replaced. We're very happy with the result. Communication via the app was sometimes a bit difficult, but Edwin was very clear and professional on the phone. The three men who completed the job in one day were very friendly and enjoyed their work.

After a burglary at our home, we decided it was high time to replace the outdated, burglar-prone doors with new uPVC doors. After receiving quotes from several companies, we chose Plan Kozijn in Hengelo. Price-wise, they weren't the most expensive or the cheapest, and our choice was primarily based on the good feeling we had with Edwin Böhmers. After accepting the quote, the old front door, back door, and single-pane windows upstairs were replaced with the new uPVC doors and double-pane windows. Part of the payment was to be made by bank transfer, and the rest in cash. After about nine weeks, the frames arrived, and an appointment was made for installation. This took roughly three days. On the third day, a piece of rotten wood above the frame by the back door was to be removed and neatly finished with uPVC, just like the frames. This would create a seamless look. However, I wasn't home on the third day. When I got home, I immediately noticed that the finish above the back door hadn't been completed as agreed. The rotten wooden panel had remained in place and had been finished with plastic. This resulted in a bulge of over 3 cm above the back door, a sloping area consisting of several plastic parts. Edwin would return later to finish the work, but he did want me to transfer the invoice amount by bank transfer. I did so. A little over a month and a half later, Edwin returned to finish the job. Once I arrived at the back door, I confronted Edwin about the fact that I didn't think the finish above the back door was neat and whether there was anything we could do about it. According to Edwin, this wasn't possible and he had finished it as he thought best. I again told him I didn't like the way it had been finished. The conversation became intimidating on Edwin's part, and he started yelling, without any reason, that there was no other way. However, he said it could be done differently, but that would cost me another €500. It was a strange practice to first agree on something and then charge extra if you want it the way you agreed. I was asked to leave a review via email. Here's my experience with Plan Kozijn Hengelo.
