Our house sold quickly, so the real estate agent didn't have to do much to get it sold. Therefore, we can't judge how things would have been handled differently if the sale had stalled. A realistic asking price, a specific enthusiast for the location, and a reasonable offer contributed to the smooth sale.

The first meeting was quickly scheduled. The photos and energy label were taken shortly after the initial meeting, so the house could be sold quickly! Clear communication, both by phone and app, and quick responses. All in all, I'm more than satisfied with Plaggemars and would definitely recommend them!

Bought a house through them and later had the appraisal done, but oh my god, what a disaster. They called back four times because they hadn't recorded the appointments and dates correctly, didn't keep their promises, and verbal promises turned out to be false. Real estate agents make easy money these days, and you can't ignore it, but I would never hire them to sell anything myself.
