It's scandalous how Mr. Kees treats his clients and calls them liars. In April of this year, a custom-made cabinet was supposed to be installed. However, my condition deteriorated so badly that I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. When I arrived for a quote for the cabinet, I asked MYSELF on the spot if much sawing would be required during installation. The answer was: only a little bit. This is because I absolutely hate clutter in my house and I have severe asthma. Last June, the cabinet was assembled after several very hot days. Our cabinet is located at the top, and there's a flat roof. And yes, it was hot there. We have a portable air conditioner. On the day they came to install it, the owner HIMSELF asked if the air conditioner could be turned on and the windows opened because of the heat. Now, after the cabinet was installed, the air conditioner is broken. It no longer gets very cold, keeps stopping cooling, and makes a strange humming sound. The air conditioning unit is full of sawdust inside. I reported this. The gentleman came to take a look and didn't agree. The way he talks to me as a customer is rude! As if you've messed with him. He also said: "The appointment was in April, then you wouldn't have had any problems with the heat." Excuse me??? I'm being admitted to a psychiatric hospital as a joke? No, the way this man treats me as a customer is terrible! He calls you a liar even though he wasn't there during the work! Edit: The employees who installed the cabinet were great! Edit: When the owner came to repair some damage they had caused, he said: "Maybe you should pay the invoice. It would be a shame if we had to tear the cabinet out." The invoice had already been paid three weeks earlier, two days after the invoice date... Their response: "Oh, sorry, we only checked one of our two bank accounts." Disgusting!
